3 The Validity of Jesus' Testimony:
John 8:12 thru 14...
12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world.
Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life".
13The Pharisees challenged him, "Here you are, appearing as your own witness;
your testimony is not valid."
14Jesus answered, "Even if I testify on my own behalf, my testimony is valid,
for I know where I came from and where I am going.
But you have no idea where I come from or where I am going."
4 Jesus The Gate and Good Shepherd:
John 10:9 thru 11...
9I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved, He will come in and go out,
and find pasture.
10The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life,
and have it to the full.
11"I am the good shepherd. the good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep."
5 Jesus Confronts the Sisters:
John 11:25 and 26...
25Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life.
He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;
26and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
6 Jesus the Way to the Father:
John 14:6 and 7...
6Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.
7If you really knew me, you would know my Father as well.
From now on, you do know him and have seen him."
7 Jesus the Vine:
John 15:5 and 6...
5I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him,
he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."
6If anyone does not remain in me,
he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers;
such branches are picked up, thrown in the fire and burned.
